TIPS FOR REGULAR REEL CARE

Any reel that is properly serviced will serve you for many years. Here are some steps on how to use your reel in a top condition and make sure that you will also have repairs.

 *Each reel is a little bit different, but the basics are the same. Here are the tips recommend to keep your reel working correctly:

• Every so often while fishing, spray reels with freshwater or dunk in a bucket of freshwater

• Gently wipe dry to remove excess salt buildup.

• After fishing, cut away the section of the fishing line used that day.

• Remove the reel from the rod, carefully rinse your reels with fresh water

• Wipe down with a cotton cloth.

• Oil witch special reel lubricants
