SHIPPING COST:
We offer FREE shipping! Our goal is to give you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Each day, we deliver to numbers of customers across the U.S and Canada, ensuring that we provide the really highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
DELIVERY TIMES :
Our warehouses are located in the U.S. and China. Depending on product availability and where you’re located, your order may be shipped from any of these warehouses. The shipping times frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouses for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The warehouses and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 1–3 days working days on average.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by e-Packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 10 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS:
To ensure that we can offer the maximum variety and supply availability, therefore, your ordered products may not ship in the same package or arrive on the same day. If your items are sourced from different warehouses, then you will receive separate shipment notifications and tracking numbers (if available) for each product ordered by tracking email. Please keep this email. If you do not receive it, please check your junk email folder or contact us so we can resend. If you are not available to receive the order, you will need to either schedule a redelivery or pick up from your local post office. DELIVERY ADDRESS
We advise using a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the order. Please double-check the delivery address entered into our system to ensure it is correct and complete (include apartment numbers, exact suburb name, and postcode). The address entered goes directly into the carrier’s system. FishKnight is not responsible for items lost or costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
