Return Policy
Returns & Replacements:
You are eligible for a return, full refund, exchange or replacement if you have received the incorrect item or if it arrives damaged. Just contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase and we walk you through the process.
*Pre-paid and pre-addressed labels are provided for damaged items, but otherwise the customer must cover the shipping expenses associated with sending items back to Fish Knight. All returns require a RMA number to be returned, any return received without a RMA will be refused back to the customer at the customers expense. Please contact our customer service department by email, information below, to receive a RMA number.
*Please make sure you acquire tracking and/or insurance for your returns to that we can ensure your package makes it back to us safely.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Free gifts; Gift cards; Promotional items (including products on sale); Products that are not defective; Products that did not meet your expectations; Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery; Any item in transit with a tracking number (see cancellation policy below)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, original shipping label, as well as the defective product.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 10 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item was not shipped in the original packaging then you must provide the original shipping label with the product and receipt.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@fishknight.com. In some cases, we may ask you to return the item. If so, we will provide you with the return address in an email.
Canceled orders:
We do our best to process your order as soon as possible, so we are only able to cancel orders within 24 hours of your purchase. If it has been more than 24 hours after your purchase, then the order must be returned following the return policy as soon as the goods are received. The terms and conditions of the returns and exchange policy will be used to determine whether or not your order is eligible for a refund.
